Committed to safety
We take seriously our responsibility to keep our employees safe. We are committed to safety education, prevention and communication, and we follow a 100 percent personal protective equipment rule, which means our employees wear hard hats, safety glasses and gloves at all times on all job sites.
Our crew members hold a minimum 10-hour OSHA certification and superintendents carry 30-hour cards. Daily safety task analyses and toolbox talks keep our crews alert and aware of the ever-changing conditions in which they work. Our employees use multiple training techniques, including Human Performance Improvement, to maintain safety each day.
